Hi, I’m Laz!

I’m so glad you landed here!

I'm 60 years old and despite a lifetime studying and practicing various sports, health, and fitness methodologies, the fact is, I’ve “fallen off the wagon” multiple times, I once weighed 115 kgs (253.5 pounds), I’ve had injuries, surgeries and various setbacks and unfortunately the older we get, the harder it is to recover.

The most frustrating aspect for me is the lack of trustworthy, legitimate and genuine health and fitness resources that cater to the 50’s plus demographic. Jump online and you’re bombarded with multiple conflicting philosophies and fitness programs, some of which are IMHO, downright dangerous, and literally all of them targeted to people in their early 20’s and 30’s, who look like they’ve overdosed on plastic surgery and steroids!

Which is why I created Methuselah Mindset, to offer you a genuine plan specifically tailored to Seniors Fitness and the 50’s plus demographic, dedicated to providing a science-based training and nutrition program that is strongly influenced by the quest for continual learning around the longevity lifestyle methodology.

I’m extremely passionate about longevity, health and wellbeing, and am insatiably hungry and curious regarding the latest medical and scientific breakthroughs that are regularly being discovered.
